Lead retrieval will allow you to track every attendee who stops by your booth. Our equipment will allow you to spend more time with each attendee; simply scanning their badge (required for all our events) will provide all contact information allowing you to follow up easily. Data collected on-site is saved in Excel file format making it easy to import to CRMs which eliminates data entry on your end. Typically First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Title, Address, Email, and Phone Number are included in the lead retrieval file. Some clients do not require attendees to provide all of this information during registration which may leave fields blank. Qualifiers are customizable fields you can use to gather additional information not included in the barcode from the attendee. Qualifiers can be added via the app/device or in the LR portal (we recommend the LR portal if you are using more than one device for scanning). Qualifiers are short cut notes that provide a small amount of information about each lead, this information will help you follow up with each attendee in the appropriate amount of time or route each lead to the correct member of your team. Only one access code will be used for each company; you are purchasing device licenses which will allow you to utilize the app on multiple devices. All information collected by your team will then be compiled on our portal. You may download individual files by device or a cumulative list. Your primary contact email at the time of purchase will receive the access code and can forward the email to anyone in the company that needs to activate the app or access the leads in the LR Portal. We only provide one login for each company. Each account has a primary contact who will be responsible for distributing the access code to their team members when multiple licenses are purchased. eShow will have a representative onsite at either Registration or Exhibitor Services on the show floor. An email with pick-up information will be sent about a week before the event. Access code & device pick-up emails are sent a week prior to onsite and contain your access code along with username and password to the LR Portal. Additionally, the portal login and password can be found in your confirmation email. |

Auto-Focus is a camera feature that causes the image to come into focus without the need to adjust settings. It is a common feature on modern (since 2018) smartphones and (since 2022) tablets. Legacy devices may have a difficult time using the app if they do not have autofocus, as it would create a limited area of focus through which the device would be able to capture the QR code to receive data. iPhone 14 may have issues with using auto-focus in the eConnect App. The eConnect User Guide contains helpful information for all eConnect Products.
The initial mobile app purchase is for activating one device. To use multiple devices, you will need to purchase multiple additional activations. Open the app, enter the show, select the 3 dashes in the top corner, and select sync. This will manually send all of the leads to the web portal. Lead Sync Instructions Follow the steps below:

Use the link below to access the web portal. Missing leads? Please make sure to do a final sync by selecting the three lines in the top left of the app and go to sync. Select sync to ensure all of your leads are sent to the LR Portal.
Link: eShow Lead Retrieval Portal The LR Portal will allow you to download one spreadsheet with all data collected by your team members. Leads can be downloaded from the LR Portal in real time. Devices will auto-sync (requires a data or wifi connection) to the portal every 15 minutes. A manual sync can be performed at any time to sync the leads to the portal. |
